We have many subspecialists who come to the clinic so that you do not have to travel all over the city when a specialist is needed for your medical care. To access these services, you must be an active 1917 Clinic patient and have a referral from your primary HIV care team. Please talk to your healthcare team if you believe you might benefit from these services. You may also be referred to other UAB or outside facilities to meet your healthcare needs.
