Supporter Levels

Reception Level - $10,000

With this level you will receive the naming opportunity for the Birmingham Art Museum Reception on Friday, November 15, 2024. You will also receive a full-page ad in the conference program, premium name and logo placement for recognition during conference opening/close, exclusive marketing at the reception at the Art Museum, exhibit table at conference and reception, option to put two items in attendee bags, and eight registrations to the conference.

Steel Level - $5,000

With this level you will receive the naming opportunity for one of the Summit luncheons, a half-page ad in conference program, recognition during conference opening & close, an exhibit table, and five registrations to the conference.

Iron Level - $2,500

With this level you will receive the naming opportunity for the Summit poster-reception, a quarter-page ad in printed program, recognition during conference opening & close, an exhibit table, and three registrations to the conference.

Bronze Level - $1,500

With this level you will receive naming opportunity for one of the Summit snack breaks, recognition during conference opening & close, an exhibit table, and two registrations to the conference.

Friends Levels

Advocate Level - $500

This level covers the cost of a scholarship for two individuals to attend the conference, and you receive recognition in the conference program.

Associate Level - $250

This level covers the cost of a scholarship for one individual to attend the conference, and you will receive recognition in the conference program.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations received prior to September 30, 2024 after which time there are no refunds. UAB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the summit due to unforeseen circumstances.
