Join us at the Alabama Vaccine Research Clinic at UAB! We are looking for volunteers to join a Phase 1 clinical trial to test the safety and immune response of a new HIV vaccine. The study is for adults who are HIV-negative, in good health, and aged 18 to 55. Procedures will include blood draws and injections of the study vaccine, as well as the collection of white blood cells through a procedure called leukapheresis. Black men ages 16-35 needed for STI prevention study. We are looking for black or African American men to participate in a small confidential group discussion. The discussion is to understand the types of sexual health care services that are most desirable. To qualify, you must be male who has, at any time, had sex with another male.
