Knowing what classes to register for can be a stressful and confusing experience for many students. The Graduation Planning System (GPS) is a feature within Blazernet that provides undergraduate students with a simple and clear overlook of their academic plan towards graduation. It displays the classes that need to be passed, the academic standing and the amount of credit hours the student is required to have in order to graduate. It is a tool that helps students navigate and plan their academic journey at UAB.

Miss UAB gives exceptional performance in the 2017 Miss Alabama Pageant
Miss UAB took home a $1,500 scholarship and a talent award for her exceptional performance in the 2017 Miss Alabama Pageant. 48 contestants competed for the title from June 7-10 at Samford University’s Wright Center, including six contestants who were current or former students of UAB.

National Recording Artist Khalid closed out UAB Spring Semester with mini-concert at HSC
More than 900 students, faculty, staff and visitors packed the Hill Student Center on Saturday, April 22 for food, drinks, swag and carnival-themed attractions as part of Springfest 2017, but the highlight of the night was the mini-concert by Billboard Top-10 recording artist Khalid.
