UABwell is a mental health app, imagined by UAB students and developed by a UAB team, that allows you to build a customizable, personalized self-care plan with a habit tracker. Also features all the campus mental health events, organizations, and departments all in one place, and a Finding Calm library of videos for breathing, relaxation, meditation, and yoga.
Kognito Mental Health Interactive Training
Kognito is an online educational program designed to educate faculty, staff, and students about mental health. Learn signs and symptoms of mental health concerns and how to help someone.
Therapist Assisted Online (TAO)
Therapy Assistance Online (TAO) is a free and available to all UAB students. TAO therapy is an online platform of tools and educational materials to help you learn about and change how you think and feel. TAO is evidence-based and has been found effective in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
