Educational Leadership
Level Up and Lead Education into the Future
Our programs in Educational Leadership help prepare educators with the knowledge and skills needed to support high-quality teaching and learning, apply ethical principles to problem-solving, engage in data-based decision making, and use reflective practices for continuous growth. We are committed to providing educators with the key elements to creating an excellent school environment, while learning from the comfort of their homes.
Based on the most current educational leadership standards, our programs also provide practitioners with opportunities to develop relationships and professional networks with professors and practitioners in urban, suburban, and rural settings.
In addition to attaining the positions of superintendent, principal, assistant principal, instructional specialist, and curriculum and instructional leaders, many of our graduates have received local, state, and national recognition for their scholarly contributions to the field of school leadership.
Our programs are also beneficial for educators who do not seek roles as a principal or superintendent. Teachers who are passionate about improving educational outcomes can lead from the classroom to support the school mission while increasing their salary by earning an advanced degree.
