HR Updates

Instructor led courses are now being offered. Priority will be given to managers who have active requisitions in BrassRing that will be transitioned to the new system. 

You may now register for Hiring Manager training on the Faculty & Staff Learning System (LMS) website. 

Please use the following steps to register:
  1. Visit www.uab.edu/learningsystem and log in using your BlazerID and password
  2. Select the Catalog tab
  3. Search for UAB Recruiting System and click the class name in the search results
  4. Click Show Class Schedule
  5. View the list of session dates and locations
  6. Click Register to register for your preferred session (located on the right side of the page)

In the future, there will be a Weekly “Walk-In” Recruiting System Users Clinic – The Administrative System Instruction and Development team is available every Thursday afternoon from 2:00 to 3:30 in AB B60 computer classroom to assist Recruiting System users.
