We provide a dedicated pediatric NF clinic that delivers specialized care for pediatric patients, who frequently have health concerns that are different from those of adult patients. Our pediatric patients have access to a range of medical specialists, who collaborate in providing care as part of our multidisciplinary team. Also, our pediatric program features a dedicated pediatric neuro-oncology clinic led by Katie Metrock, MD. The pediatric neuro-oncology clinic assists in the management and treatment of brain and spinal tumors, optic pathway gliomas, complex plexiform neurofibromas, and malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors (MPNSTs).
