2. Contact the UAB Police by dialing 911 from a UAB phone or 205-934-3535 from a cell phone
3. In the event of an emergency involving a radiation source/radioactive material contact UAB Paging at 205-934-3411 and ask for the Health Physicist on call, at pager #7746

Spill Response

Incident reporting

All on the job injuries must be reported to a supervisor immediately and an OJI form must be submitted within 24 hours. See On-the-Job Injury & Illness for details.
