Additional Information

Well-child checkups, sports physicals, medication management visits, and chronic medical issue follow-ups should be scheduled in advance.

Please let us know if you are going to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your child’s visit.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not call us, you will be considered a NO-SHOW for your appointment. If your children have three or more “no-shows” or “late arrivals” for appointments, your family may be discharged from our clinic.
