Most return appointments are scheduled when you check out. If the need arises, you can reschedule or cancel an appointment by calling (205) 934-1917.

Late Appointments

If you are running late, please call the clinic at (205) 934-1917 to let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

Missed Appointments

It is very important that you call and let us know when you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment. By letting the clinic know in advance that you cannot attend your appointment, you can be rescheduled and the clinic can schedule another patient in your place. We ask that you notify the clinic at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of your appointment date if you are unable to attend. You may contact the clinic at (205) 934-1917.

If you miss three (3) consecutive appointments without notifying the clinic (including same day notification), you may be required to speak with clinic leadersip to get permission to make any future appointments.

Excessive missed visits without notification to the clinic may result in dismissal from the 1917 Clinic.
