First Impact Mentors

First Impact Mentors provide support for their mentees by leading Mentee Meet Ups and participating alongside mentees in First Impact workshops and events. They are often former First Impact mentees and are committed to being effective student leaders.

Mentors are selected through an application process in the spring semester of each academic year. Throughout the summer months, mentors attend various training sessions aimed at preparing them for the varied roles student mentors occupy in support of their mentees.
