Guidelines for entering the warehouse:
- Visitors to the Surplus Warehouse must make an appointment on Signup Genius prior to arriving.
- Appointments will be in 30 minute increments.
- Only TWO shoppers from the same department are allowed per appointment.
- Shoppers must be working on campus and available to accept delivery.
- No exceptions will be made.
- Delivery day will be on Thursday. Surplus requires a full truck before delivery will be scheduled. Departments will be contacted when delivery date is scheduled. Smaller items may be taken during the visit. If the item is needed faster than Surplus is able to schedule, arrangements can be made at the Department’s cost. Pick up times will need to be approved by the Surplus Warehouse staff.
Please adhere to our guidelines and our scheduling process. We will not allow anyone in the warehouse or to pick up items unless they have an appointment.
